What a brand pays and what it gets: the proposal is one plan per brand plus a money wallet for made pieces and, in v4, a share of ad spend; pricing stays parked, so nothing is quoted to anyone until Param and Sai agree it.

How we do it

Never quote a price to a brand, a partner or in public while pricing is parked. Say pricing comes after the design partnership.
During the partnership, load each partner's wallet and measure cost per brand each month.
A price shows only on the confirm step before a paid make.
When Param and Sai agree, commit docs/pricing.md to brew main, then update this page, finance pricing and the packaging story the same day.
