Answer

How a brand will pay Brew: provider, invoices, plans in the product and failed payments; nothing is built and no provider is chosen, so this page records the rules the pricing proposal already sets and proposes the rest for Param.

How we do it

The proposal, step by step:

  1. One provider to start: Razorpay, since every partner today pays in rupees; add Stripe for dollar plans when the first brand outside India signs.
  2. Plans are subscriptions per brand, monthly or annual; the wallet is a top up that the provider charges once.
  3. Every charge raises an invoice from Yellow Monk Technologies LLP with its GSTIN, the brand's legal name and its GSTIN if it has one.
  4. Invoices are emailed to the brand's owners and kept in the product under Settings.
  5. A failed charge follows refunds and collections.
  6. Staff can grant a free plan for partners; every grant is logged with who and why.

Open

  1. Which provider? Proposal: Razorpay first, Stripe later, as above; the CA checks both for invoices that comply.
  2. Is the LLP registered for GST, and what is its GSTIN? No source records it. Proposal: Param confirms with the CA before the first invoice.
  3. Is wallet money billed with GST at top up or at use? Proposal: ask the CA; build whichever the CA confirms.
  4. Who can change a brand's plan? Proposal: the brand's owners and admins, and staff for partners.
