No hiring plan exists in any source, so this page states that plainly and proposes when, what and why to hire, tied to the design partnership and the first paying brands, for Param to decide.

How we do it
Proposed rules for any hire:
- A role is opened only when a trigger below is met and the money for 12 months is in the bank.
- Each role gets one handbook page: what they own, what success looks like at 90 days, who they report to.
- Every new person goes through Onboarding a teammate.

- What triggers the first hire? Proposal: when two design partners agree to pay, or when Param owns more than 30 open items in Next for two weeks running.
- What is the first role? Proposal: a senior full-stack engineer who can run production: promote, restore, on call, and review Claude sessions' work. It removes the single point of failure.
- What comes second? Proposal: a design partner success person, once there are more than eight brands.
