How we do it
- A new agreement gets a row the day it is signed, with where the signed copy is kept.
- Copies live in one shared folder Param owns, never in this handbook.
- Each month, check renewals and notice dates for the next 60 days.
- A new paid vendor gets a row here and on the subprocessors page in the same week.
