How we do it

The questions for the CA, to settle before the first invoice:

  1. Is the LLP registered for GST, and from which state.
  2. The rate and service code for a software subscription sold to Indian businesses.
  3. Whether wallet top ups are taxed when loaded or when spent.
  4. Whether sales to brands outside India can go out without GST under a letter of undertaking, and what proof is kept.
  5. Whether ₹ list prices should be shown with GST added at checkout.
  6. Filing calendar: GST returns, income tax and LLP annual filings, with who files each.

Record each answer here with the date and the CA's name.
