# Interview and call library

## Answer

The record of every partner call and interview with its date, who and what we learned; today it holds no Brew partner call or interview at all, and one dated test call of our old APE product, so nothing in Brew yet rests on what a partner said on a call.

## How we do it

1. After the call, before the day ends, add a row with this template.

2. Put partner requests in the [feedback log](/product/partner-feedback-log) too, with what was done.
3. Mark any quote "with permission" or leave it out.
4. A call remembered later gets the row with "logged from memory on <date>".

## Open

1. **Have there been partner calls that were never written down?** Proposal: Param lists each one he remembers with the five and Gully Labs, with a date, and we add them marked "logged from memory".
2. **Do we record calls?** Proposal: yes, screen and voice with consent, deleted once the notes are in this library.
3. **Is APE's voice interviewer used for Brew research?** Proposal: no, not in v1; talk to partners in person on the weekly call.
