## How we do it

The proposed ledger. One row per bill or top up, one summary row per category a month.

1. On the first Monday of each month, add every bill and top up from the month before.
2. Add the credit drawn from the Google credits page as its own row.
3. Sum product spend from the spend files per brand and add one row per brand.
4. Keep invoices in one shared folder; the ledger links to each.
5. Never fetch billing data by API for this; read the consoles by hand.
